Mark was born in Winter Haven, Florida and has spent his entire career here. Mark practices in the areas of Real Estate, Estate Planning, Probate and Guardianship, Business Law, and Civil Litigation.

A past president of the Greater Winter Haven Area Chamber of Commerce, Mark has served in leadership roles for Girls, Inc., Main Street Winter Haven, American Red Cross, Polk County Chapter, and Habitat for Humanity. He is a Leadership Winter Haven Alumni and was a Florida Blue Key Leadership Honorary member at the University of Florida. Major representative clients include Adams Homes and State Farm Credit Union.
